
Amanda Stace has over 10 years’ experience supporting children and young people across school and employability settings. She specialises in working with learners with SEMH needs and SEN differences.
Amanda has undertaken additional specialist training including PATHS, Three Houses, COMBAT, and ELSA, equipping her with a wide range of strategies to support emotional wellbeing, and personal development.
Known for her ability to build strong, positive relationships, Amanda creates a safe and supportive environment where young people feel listened to, valued, and motivated to engage. Her commitment to this plays a key role in the supportive culture at Stace Provision.

Matt brings over 15 years of experience running his own successful business. Throughout his career, Matt has developed strong skills in leadership, project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning — all of which play a key role in the effective running of Stace Provision. Matt is passionate about building opportunities that help young people develop confidence, resilience, and real-world skills. His business mindset supports a provision that is not only nurturing and inclusive, but also forward-thinking, well-managed, and focused on preparing learners for life beyond education.
